Nov 11, 2017 · So the reason for this issues is because the CCXProcess.exe is not running in the background. Creative Cloud needs this to run it seems but does not boot it up when it first starts up. I added a shortcut to the startup folder (Shell:Startup) so it runs at startup and I no longer saw this issue.
